Mr. Shepherd is a highly experienced CEO with a demonstrated history of success in the international trade and development industry. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in business planning, negotiation, customer relationship management, and team building.

Scott holds an MBA in International Finance from Dalhousie University and has served as the CEO of NorthStar Trade Finance Inc. for 23 years. He is also the Chairman of the Board of MDS Aero Support Corporation, a world leader in engine and propulsion solutions.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Scott is also a committed philanthropist. He is the Chairman of the Memorial Ribbon Society, helping Canada’s families of fallen peace officers, and an Honorary President of St. Johns Ambulance of BC. He is also a National Chair of the Canadian Forces Liaison Council.
